1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper fresh
eggs Mixture
1/3 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese grated, or another good quality parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper fresh
4 cups low salt chicken broth I recommend Swanson's
2 cups water
14 fresh basil leaves roughly chopped plus more for garnish
cheese Grated parmigiana, to sprinkle on top
