1/2 lb fusilli
1 lb vine tomatoes ripe, seeds discarded and diced
70 grams black olives pouch pitted dry, with herbs, quartered, I like the ones by Crespo 3/4 cup
1 lb chees fresh mozzarella diced, I use the low fat one
6 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, drained and chopped
5 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, drained
2 tbsps balsamic vinegar good
6 tbsps olive oil good
1 clove garlic peeled and chopped
1 tsp capers pickled, drained
1 tsp sea salt flaked
3/4 tsp black pepper coarse
180 grams parmesan cheese good, finely grated, 1 cup
1 handful fresh basil leaves cut chiffonade
