1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
1 tbsp Italian herbs chopped fresh or dried mixed, I used parsley, basil & oregano
2 whole eggs
200 grams tuna packed in olive oil canned
2 1/2 tbsps capers baby, rinsed
1/2 lemon
5 tbsps veal stock poached, cooled down
1 tsp fish sauce
1 pinch salt
1/2 purple onion Spanish, finely chopped
1 tbsp white wine vinegar or red
1 pinch sea salt
3 capers extra
