2 cups crushed tomatoes 1 small can, or 400g
1 beef stock cube, I prefer Knorr
3 tbsps garam masala see notes
4 carrots large
1 apples medium eating-type
4 potatoes medium
oil or butter
3 tbsps butter ghee, clarified butter or oil, or a mixture
4 tbsps white flour
2 tbsps curry powder or more to taste, see notes
