4 tsps chicken bouillon granules or chicken base for soups
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp nutmeg
salt to taste
hot sauce Dash of your favorite, or to taste
3 cups cheese shredded of a good melting, such as Chihuahua, jack, asadero or mozzarella
1 poblano peppers large, roasted, peeled and diced
1 red bell pepper large, roasted and peeled
2 jalapeno chilies roasted, deseeded and diced, optional
