1 roma tomatoes chopped
1 red bell pepper small, cored and seeded, and sliced into strips
1 yellow bell pepper small, cored and seeded, and sliced into strips
1 orange bell pepper small, cored and seeded, and sliced into strips
1/2 onions halved again and sliced thinly
