1/2 purple onion medium, chopped, about 1/2 cup
1 pinch salt
1/2 lime about 1 teaspoon
1 dash hot sauce your favorite
7 radishes diced, about 1 cup
5 green onions chopped fine, about 1/2 cup
1 head romaine lettuce sliced into thin ribbons
1 cup coriander leaf whole fresh
hot sauce your favorite
2 tomatoes medium-sized ripe, chopped, about 2 cups
2 lime quartered
