1 pears Ripe, cored and Chopped. I used an Anjou, but use what you like.
2 green onions Chopped
1/2 cup red cabbage Chopped
3 green olives Queen Sized, finely Chopped
16 grape tomatoes halved or quartered depending on size
1 cup asparagus Roasted, Chopped
1 1/2 ozs cheese
2 tbsps fresh basil finely Chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsps balsamic vinegar Good quality
sea salt or Kosher, to taste
ground black pepper Freshly, to taste
2 tsps tumeric . More for it’s rich antioxidant properties than for flavor. Your body will thank you!
