Ingredients

1 shallots peeled
3 garlic cloves peeled
1 in ginger piece of, peeled and cut in half
1 tsp coriander dried
1 1/2 tsps cumin
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1/8 tsp thai chile ground, or cayenne will work
3 tbsps fish sauce I use Red Boat
1 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp tomato paste this one is SCD legal
1 tbsp coconut butter also called coconut cream or coconut manna
2 cups vegetables your choice, I used broccoli, zucchini, and carrots
1 lb prawns uncooked, peeled and deveined
