Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil
1 yams large, halved. See how do I Chop This!
1/2 tsp sea salt or Kosher
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 leeks trimmed and Chopped
2 garlic cloves finely Chopped
1 cup carrots Chopped
1 pears ripe, peeled, cored and Chopped
2 tsps fresh thyme leaves or one teaspoon dried. I used Fresh.
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp salt
4 cups turkey or Chicken Stock. I made Turkey Stock so that’s what I used. You could also use Veggie stock and stay vegetarian/vegan
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste
1 tbsp greek yogurt
