1/2 cup fresh ginger finely minced
1/4 cup seeds grape, or other neutral oil
1 tsp light soy sauce usukuchi, – I used Kikommen
3/4 tsp sherry vinegar – I used Mirin – and added a about a t more as I felt it needed the sweetness
3/4 tsp kosher salt more to taste
