1/4 cup protein powder chocolate
1/4 cup spelt flour wholemeal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 dessert spoon of Xylitol, 100% natural sugar free sweetener – tastes great
1 pinch celtic salt
1 dessert spoon Cacao Butter, tastes so good
1 eggs whisked
1/4 cup water if needed add a little more water
2 dessert spoons of greek yoghurt
1 tsp cinnamon
raspberries I used frozen ones
