2 1/2 cups peaches diced, chunks, about 4 medium ripe peaches; I didn't peel them. Nectarines or mangoes are good subs
1 1/2 cups raspberries I used frozen and did not thaw first
2 tbsps corn starch
6 tbsps unsalted butter cold, 3/4 of 1 stick
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup rolled oats old-fashioned whole-, not quick cook or instant
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt optional and to taste
