1 tbsp olive oil
8 ozs tempeh I used West Soy
tahini spread, see recipe below
cranberry sauce see recipe below
avocado sliced
spinach tortilla I get some locally at a farmer’s market that are made with amaranth. I also like Food for Life’s Brown Rice Tortillas.
1/4 cup lemon juice almost 1 whole lemon juiced, depending upon the size of the lemon
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup cranberry sauce I used Trader Joe’s
1/2 orange
