2 tbsps purple onion or finely diced yellow
1 tbsp diced celery finely, or pinch ground celery seed, omit for AIP
1 tbsp chopped parsley finely
1 garlic cloves small, finely minced
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsps full fat coconut milk canned, *, I use 1 1/2
salt to taste, I use a 1/4 tsp
3 pepper grinds or dashes, omit for AIP
2 tbsps coconut oil or ghee

1 handful cilantro about 2 tbsp minced or to taste
1/2 tsp minced garlic 1 small or 1/2 large clove OR 1/4 tsp garlic powder
