1 green bell pepper large, seeded and diced
1 red bell pepper large, seeded and diced
1 cup kalamata pitted and roughly chopped
1/3 cup fresh parsley chopped
1/3 cup fresh oregano chopped
8 ozs feta cheese diced, or use crumbled feta
1/2 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed, + zest of 1 lemon
6 garlic cloves medium, minced
1/4 tsp kosher salt plus additional sprinkled over the top before serving
1/8 tsp ground black pepper freshly, plus additional sprinkled over the top before serving
