6 tbsps fresh coriander chopped very finely
1/2 tsp seeds carom
2 1/2 tsps tumeric
1 1/2 tsps sugar
oil to deep fry
200 grams cucumber
200 grams fresh tomatoes
140 grams carrots
1 clove garlic
10 tbsps fresh coriander
6 green chilies or to taste
200 ml water
1 1/2 tbsps sugar
2 tsps salt
