Ingredients

1 packet active dry yeast or 2-1/4 teaspoon from a jar, that is what I use
1 1/2 cups warm water 100-110°
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 tbsps olive oil and a little extra for greasing the baking sheet
1 tbsp nutritional yeast this is if you are vegan and want to add the extra protein, it is not for levening
1 tsp dried oregano but preferably fresh oregano, 1/8 cup chopped
