1 cup tomato sauce I like using jarred tomato sauce but canned is ok, 8 ounce can
1 cup mexican style 4 cheese blend light, shredded
2 tsps chili powder
1 tsp cumin
6 tbsps non-fat sour cream or fat-free plain yogurt, optional
6 tbsps salsa
