1 onion medium, chopped
2 1/2 green chilies chopped, seeded for less spice
2 cans black beans or favorite chili bean drained and rinsed well
28 ozs baked beans Bush's Vegetarian, see note
1 cup chicken broth or water
black pepper salt and, to taste
lime juice about 1-2 tsp
2 tbsps chili con carne powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
chili flakes Red chili Powder or red, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder granulated
1/2 tsp cumin seed
salt to taste
