Ingredients

4 cups long grain brown rice cooked, see recipe notes, do not use instant rice
3 cups turkey diced leftover
1 1/2 cups diced celery finely
3 cups red cabbage finely chopped, about 1/2 head of cabbage
1 cup chopped pecans or more, use any nuts of your choice
1/2 cup chopped parsley finely, cilantro would be good in this, but I didn't have any
5 tbsps olive oil
3 tbsps rice vinegar not seasoned
3 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps lemon juice fresh-squeezed
2 tbsps agave nectar or honey, use agave nectar for South Beach Diet
3/4 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tsp Spike Seasoning optional, but recommended
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 pinch cayenne pepper or dash of hot sauce
