500 ml toast fine bread crumbs
1 eggs – nicely beaten
2 tbsps vegetable oil
500 grams veal about a pound rose, rump meat diced
1 onion – roughly chopped
nutmeg to taste, I used about ½ teaspoon
75 grams butter
75 grams plain flour
250 ml milk
250 ml veal stock The cooking juice from the meat will do just fine.
1 tbsp gelatin one sachet, powder
2 tbsps chopped parsley finely
salt and pepper to taste
