Ingredients

3 chicken breasts large, skin off, with bone
10 cups water
1 in cinnamon stick of
1 onions medium, rough chop
2 stalks celery cut into large pieces
1 carrots cut into large pieces
2 tsps coriander seeds roasted
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds roasted
1 tsp cumin seed roasted
1 tsp fennel seeds roasted
2 tsps white rice roasted
1/2 tbsp seeds black pepper
2 tsps fresh ginger grated
2 tsps garlic fresh, grated
1 cup diced celery finely
1 onions medium, red preferable finely diced
1 cup carrots finely diced
10 ozs diced tomatoes with chilies, I used Rotel
8 cups chicken stock prepared, with shredded chicken
1/2 tsp fennel seeds pounded or fennel powder
2 tsps lime juice or to taste
salt to taste
