Ingredients

15 ozs garbanzo drained and rinsed
2 tbsps sliced black olives pitted, halved and very thinly
1 tbsp purple onion finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
1/2 lemon if you’ve got one of those sad, juiceless lemons, use both sides for juice
1 pinch salt
3 black pepper grinds of
3 glugs olive oil the original is quite oily, like bread-soaking oily, I went a little lighter. Both ways are delicious
