1/2 cup water lukewarm

2 tbsps corn starch I use organic.
1/4 cup granulated sugar or cane juice crystals
3 tbsps vegan margarine I use Earth Balance, melted.
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsps cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 apples large, peeled, cored, and diced. Use Golden Delicious or Granny Smith.
2 tbsps coconut cream the solid part in a can of full fat coconut milk
1/2 tbsp vegan margarine I use Earth Balance
3 1/2 tbsps cane sugar pure
1 tsp molasses depends on how dark you want your sauce
1/4 tsp salt
