2 tsps ghee cows, or olive oil : whatever you prefer
1 handful fresh peas
1 carrots finely chopped
1 purple onion small, chopped
3 curry leaves finely sliced
2 tbsps dry coconut
1/4 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp chili powder optional
1 tbsp chicken knorr, powder, for vegetarian : use a veg maggie cube
coriander as per taste
parsley as per taste
salt you may not need to add it if you are using the chicken powder or maggie cube
