6 ozs vanilla yogurt one standard-sized small container, about 3/4 cup; sour cream may be substituted; I use Chobani Vanilla Chocolate Chunk
1 1/4 cups bananas mashed ripe, about 1 1/2 large or 2 small bananas
1 cup zucchini coarsely grated, 1 small zucchini
3 1/3 ozs vanilla instant pudding not Cook ‘n Serve; banana-flavored pudding may be used to boost the banana intensity
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt optional and to taste
1/2 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips regular-sized chips may be substituted, optional
1/4 cup unsalted butter half of one stick
1 cup confectioners sugar sifted
1 tbsp cream or milk, optional and to taste
