1 block silken tofu 300g / about 11 oz, well drained
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 nutmeg gratings of, about 1/4 tsp.
2 tbsps vegetable oil neutral tasting, such as sunflower
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp white miso mild, smooth
8 tbsps maple syrup real, not ‘pancake syrup’ or ‘imitation maple syrup’, plus extra for drizzling on top
