1/4 cup sugar 1¾ oz.
1 tbsp milk
2 cups all-purpose flour 10 1/8 oz.
3/4 tsp salt
8 tbsps unsalted butter softened but still cool, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/4 cups frozen raspberries or fresh, or blueberries
1 1/2 tbsps sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
1 pinch salt
1 3/4 tsps corn starch dissolved in 1 tbsp. water
4 ozs cream cheese softened but still cool
2 tbsps sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tsp grated lemon zest finely
1/2 eggs I just beat it lightly with a fork and add about half
2 1/2 tbsps brown sugar
1 1/2 tsps granulated sugar
1 pinch salt
2 1/2 tbsps unsalted butter cold, cut into 4 pieces
1 tsp heavy cream or whole milk
2 tsps milk
