1/4 cup oil Riesling, you can also use another grape oil or any vegetable oil
2 tbsps sour cream
1/3 cup wine Riesling
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature
4 ozs mascarpone room temperature
1 pears ripe
chopped walnuts Finely, to taste
