1 pkg brown rice pasta your favorite
3 cloves garlic minced
8 strips bacon Applegate Farms GF/CF, cooked ahead of time, chopped
4 scallions sliced
1/2 cup sweet potatoes cooked, puree
2 1/2 cups hemp milk unsweetened plain, or rice milk- but it's thinner, less creamy
4 nutritional yeast rounded tablespoons good tasting, I use KAL brand
1 tahini rounded tablespoon of sesame, may omit if allergic
1/2 tsp sea salt or more, to taste
2 minced onion Simply Organic, to taste
3/4 tsp gluten free Dijon or honey mustard, or to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice or cider vinegar, to taste
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 pinch cinnamon
1/2 tsp paprika for orange or turmeric, for yellow color- may omit
1/4 cup white wine to taste, Frey Organic is vegan/egg-free
