250 grams ricotta whole milk, cow or sheep or mixed, I use both mixed because the cheesecake will be tastier
250 grams mascarpone
120 grams sugar I use 100 gr
1/2 vanilla pods or 1tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp corn starch or potato starch
3 eggs separated
1 pinch salt
