1 cup kimchi packed finely chopped
6 ozs tofu
1/2 onion medium
4 ozs ground pork and/or beef
1 tsp ginger finely grated, or juiced
2 tsps sesame oil
2 tsps soy sauce
1/2 eggs use the other half to seal the wrappers
