Ingredients

1 can black beans rinsed well and drained, about 1 1/2 cups cooked beans
1 red pepper chopped
1 pepper yellow, chopped
2 anise could use, combination of colors for the pepper, or use 2 red peppers
1/2 purple onion chopped
1 bunch cilantro chopped
2 tbsps lime juice fresh lime juice recommended
1/4 tsp chipotle peppers ground, i use penzeys
Tabasco Pepper Sauce you could use green, in place of the chipotle pepper
1/2 tsp chile powder mild, new mexico chile powder is best
ground cumin 1/2 tsp.
onion powder 1/2 tsp.
1 lime optional, but recommended
salt or vege-sal, to taste
ground pepper fresh, to taste
