Ingredients

2 lbs ground turkey free range organic, we use Heidi's Hens® Certified Organic Turkey
1 spring onions large, or scallion, or 2 small, diced fine
1 carrots medium large, processed or diced very fine
2 cloves garlic fresh, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger grated
2 tbsps chopped parsley fresh
2 tbsps mint leaves fresh chopped
2 tbsps coriander leaf fresh chopped
1 lime fresh medium
1 tbsp molasses or wheat-free tamari sauce
1 tbsp agave nectar or real maple syrup
ground pepper Sea salt and, to taste, use less salt if you use tamari sauce
1 pkg gluten-free noodles or spaghetti
vegetable oil as needed
2 1/2 spring onions or scallions, sliced, white and light green sections
2 cloves garlic minced
1 chiles fresh diced, or hot pepper flakes, to taste
1 1/2 tsps ginger fresh grated, or to taste
3 1/2 carrots sliced into matchsticks
3 tbsps gluten-free tamari or molasses
sea salt to taste
2 tbsps chopped parsley each of fresh, mint and cilantro
