3/4 cup soy yogurt sweetened, OR applesauce, see note below!
1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar, Optional, mine didn’t need it
2 tsps cinnamon
1 pinch fine sea salt
1 tbsp seeds chia, optional
1 scoop vanilla Manitoba harvest, Hemp Protein Powder, optional
1/4 cup almonds unsweetened, soy, rice, hemp milk
1 apples peeled and cut into chunks
oats for garnish
maple syrup to drizzle over top once served
