1 tbsp garlic grated, about 3 cloves
1 tbsp ginger grated, about 1″ knob
2 onion medium, minced
1 chili minced, I used a habanero but if that’s too spicy you can use a Serano chili
2 tsps garam masala
1/2 tsp tumeric
2 tsps kosher salt
2 tsps honey or vegan sugar
1/2 cup water
3 yukon gold potatoes cut into 1/2″ cubes
1 head cauliflower florets cut up
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup green peas
hand cilantro, torn, for garnish
