1 cup pineapple cut into pieces about 1 inch square, optional, can use all melon
6 tbsps salad dressing Spinach, recipe follows
3 tbsps fresh dill chopped, use more or less, depending on how much you like dill
1/4 cup sugar or Splenda, use Splenda for the South Beach Diet
1 tsp garlic finely minced fresh
1/4 tsp salt I used fine sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper I used fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
