14 ozs diced tomatoes I used Muir Glen Fire Roasted
1/8 tsp flavoring Liquid Smoke
1/2 cup tofu sour cream see below
6 ozs silken tofu lite
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp cashew butter or tahini
1/4 tsp salt optional
