1/2 stalk lemongrass minced OR 2 tbsp bottled lemongrass, I used Gourmet Garden

1 shallots chopped
2 tbsps coriander leaf I used frozen cubes
1 tbsp ginger grated, OR galangal root, I have no idea where to get galangal so I used ginger
