6 tbsps masala balti, powder.
3 tbsps wine vinegar
5 cloves garlic finely chopped
3 inches ginger piece of, – grated
2 tbsps clarified butter or ghee
2 onion finely chopped
1 green chilies finely chopped
1 cup chicken stock preferably homemade
400 ml tomatoes tinned
4 tbsps cream
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsps coriander chopped
