1/3 cup rice I use Basmati or brown rice and cook it way before the frying
1 spring onions chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped into very small pieces
1 carrots medium, chopped
1/4 red bell pepper thinly sliced
1/2 red chili peppers optional, leave it out if you don't like spicy
1 handful chopped cilantro
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce kechap manis
