3 cups vegetables roasted, I used a combination of cauliflower, pumpkin, red capsicum, and halved cherry tomatoes.
2 1/2 cups water
1 tsp stock Massel liquid, concentrate or a stock cube
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp black salt this gives an eggy flavour
