2 cucumber large European, or 4 small cucumbers
1 bunch radishes about 10 radishes
6 sweet mini bells assorted colors, or one large red bell pepper will work
1/4 cup sliced green onions thinly
1/3 cup peanuts coarsely chopped, optional
1 tbsp agave nectar Stevia In the Raw Granulated Sweetener, Sugar, or other sweetener of your choice, Use an approved sweetener for South Beach Diet
2 tbsps lime juice fresh-squeezed, I used my fresh-frozen lime juice
2 tsps fish sauce or use Vegan fish sauce if you prefer
1/2 tsp salt or Vege-Sal, more or less to taste
