1/2 cup agave nectar
2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp ground nutmeg freshly grated, if possible
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 clove less than 1/8th teaspoon
rum to taste, start with 1/3 cup and see from there
